A clean, Near Mint copy will push past your budget toward the $75 range, but a played yet display worthy Holo regularly changes hands in the $40s
What's more, the Pokemon cards are very unique and have very attractive drawings
Provided you run enough lands (38+, easily) and are otherwise fine with impulse draw, then this Sword can probably do a lot of work for you
